ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 12, 2010

12:15P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B.Keefe,

                        Richard B.Gorden and Mark J.Mazur.

1.   The Board read a notice from the Appellate Tax Board (ATB),

      notifying us that a case had been decided in favor of the Town.

2.   The Board read a letter to the ATB, from the person who was

      involved in the previously mentioned case. In the letter, he asked

      the ATB for a findings of fact report on the case.

3.   The Board took the following actions, on fiscal year 2010 personal

      exemptions, for the owners of the following properties:

           Parcel #  60-14          Cl. 17D     Granted

           Parcel #  39-32-2      Cl. 41A     Granted

4.   The Board discussed open meeting law, as it may apply to our

      Board meetings.

12:28P.M.        The Board went into Executive Session.

12:30P.M.        The Board returned from their Executive Session and

                        resumed their regular meeting.

5.   The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting on Thursday,

      2/25/2010 at 7:15P.M.

6.   The Board met with the Sharon Fire Chief, to discuss incorrect

      addresses and their potential consequences.
